Do all the Brokers get my contact info?
No, only the agent you choose during the selection period will have access to your contact info.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes, if you own multiple properties you can list multiple
opportunities.
When do I receive my incentive money?
Seven days after the auction ends your $1,000 will be processed. The incentive money will be sent by our affiliate company, Paychex. You must provide the required info with Paychex to receive your incentive payment.
What happens after I choose a Broker?
The Broker will be given your contact information and will reach out within 48 hours to set up an appointment. You will have additional paperwork to fill out and sign with the Broker.
How long does the Broker selection period last?
You have up to 4 days to select a listing Broker.
Can Brokers see other Brokers that were introduced?
Introductions and parties are confidential and only you the Seller can see all of the parties and bios of the agents.
What happens if I don’t pick a Broker at the end of the selection period?
The listing will expire, you will not qualify to collect any incentive money unless you choose a Broker and list a property for sale with them.
