The Broker will reach out to set up an appointment to see your property and sign their Listing Contract.

After (7) days your FetchaBroker incentive payment of $1,000 will be processed, Paychex will reach out to gather information needed to send you payment.

Do all the Golden Brokers get my contact info?

No, Only the Golden Broker YOU select will receive your contact information to schedule a meeting and get you started.

Can I list more than one property?

Yes, if you own multiple properties you can list multiple
opportunities.

When do I receive my incentive money?

Seven days after the auction ends your $1,000 will be processed. The incentive money will be sent by our affiliate company, Paychex. You must provide the required info with Paychex to receive your incentive payment.

What happens after I choose a Golden Broker?

Your selected Golden Broker will be sent your contact information and will reach out within (48) hours to schedule an appointment. They will view the property and provide a Listing Agreement to match the Offer they submitted during your Selection Period. Please review the Listing Agreement and sign with your Golden Broker.

How long does the Golden Broker selection period last?

Selection Period can last up to (4) days BUT you can select any Golden Broker submitted Bio during this timeline.

Can every Golden Broker see the others that have submitted for Introduction?

No, all Introductions and information can only be seen by you. Only the Homeowner can see all the Golden Broker Bios and information to allow you transparent and confidential privacy to make your best selection.

What happens if I don’t pick a Golden Broker at the end of the Selection Period?

Your Listing will expire. You would not qualify to collect the $1,000 unless a Golden Broker is selected from FetchaBroker and sign their Listing Contract.

Why does FetchaBroker need proof of identity?

FetchaBroker verifies Sellers to help prevent fraud attempts.
