What does FetchaBroker cost for a Broker?
A FetchaBroker Membership is $9.99 a month. If a Homeowner chooses your offer and Bio, you will be charged a $1,000 Deposit for the introduction information. Upon closing/sale of the property, a total of 20% Referral Fee (minus your Deposit $1,000) will be due to FetchaBroker as outlined in Terms & Conditions.
How do I cancel the membership?
To cancel your membership visit the support page and submit a request. click here
What is the refund/return policy for the referral?
You have (5) calendar days to cancel the referral for a refund of the charged Deposit of $1,000. Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable. For refund form click here
What happens if I am chosen to list their home?
Payment will be authorized for $1,000.00 and you will be provided with the Sellers contact info. You need to reach out within 48hrs to set up a listing meeting.
